RISE-Ghana was registered in 2011 by young people concerned about widespread poverty and inequality in Northern Ghana and the limited application of rights-based approaches in development.

Today we are a reputable go-to local NGO for state and non-state actors, donors, and multilateral organizations in human rights, health, disability, governance, and sustainable development.

Fully furnished maternity unit funded by AUSAID, improving dignified maternal health services with auditory and visual privacy.
